‘Cabaret’ (known previously as ‘Cabaret: A Night At The Musicals’ or ‘Cabaret A Waltz Through Time’) is Minotaur’s musical theatre showcase featuring an ensemble cast presenting a wide array of numbers from different musicals all in aid of charity. Over the years Cabaret has raised thousands for a variety of brilliant causes with casts performing anything from intimate, 3-character numbers from the dark and brooding world of Sweeney Todd all the way to huge, 20 strong chorus numbers to the mind-blowing melodies of Mamma Mia. ‘Cabaret’ is Minotaur’s only musical theatre show of the year so if you’re a member it’s a great opportunity to stretch those muscles all while directed and choreographed by a team of dedicated third years.
