Minotaur Fringe Receives Rave Reviews

Minotaur’s Edinburgh Fringe offering for 2025, ‘I’m Not Saying We Should But What If We Did?’ wrapped up it’s run at the end of August after a flood of staggeringly positive critical reviews as can be seen below. To find them all, head over to @minotaurfringe on Instagram.

“Major credit should also be given to Liz Mckenna as the Frankenstein Fiona-Bruce-Emily-Maitlis, wryly back and forthing with Agnes and Maud, as well as the ensemble (Mukuka Jumah and Abbie Want) who seamlessly blend between their roles.“ - Tamsin Dunlop, The Student

“It’s satire with bite, performed with fearless energy. For anyone interested in how spectacle can distort democracy, this is a smart, funny, and uncomfortably relevant watch.” - Patrick Harrington, Counter Culture

“Here is a show taking risks and winning. Here is a company (Minotaur of the University of East Anglia) living up to its reputation while refusing to rest on past laurels. If the plan was for ‘I’m Not Saying We Should, But What If We Did?’ to showcase talent, push boundaries, and challenge prevailing approaches and orthodoxies, then… job done. Top marks.
Come for the absurdly urgent premise. Stay because you’re going to want to tell folks you saw these performers back when.” - Dan Lentell, Get Your Coats On
