
Spring Prod
Spring Prod is regularly one of Minotaur’s most popular shows of the year. It sees students put on a high quality staging of a contemporary play. With a variety of opportunities available both on stage and off, it is regularly one of the highlights of the Minotaur calendar. 2025 saw Minotaur present Yasmine Reza’s ‘God of Carnage’ with the year prior seeing MTC take on the modern classic ‘One Man Two Guvnor’s’ both to incredibly high audience acclaim with both shows being voted for by students as the best Minotaur Show of their respective years. ABOUT THE PLAY: ’God of Carnage’ written by French playwright Yasmine Reza and translated by Christopher Hampton is a dark comedy about 2 sets of parents who meet after one couple’s child hits out the tooth of the other’s. What starts off as a civil yet awkward meeting slowly descends into anarchy.
THE CREW: Notably, this Minotaur production had a particularly large Stage Management, with the overall crew coming in as a team of 10 (picture with the cast on the left).
